� � � � Arthur Nesbit married Janice Sampson in February of 1946. We recently discovered that their courtship was sparked by Janice's chocolate chip cookies that she sent along with other correspondence during the war years.
� � � � Arthur finished his undergraduate degree at Western Illinois University and went on to his M.S. degree in chemistry at the University of Illinois where John was born in 1948. A year later the Nesbits relocated to Quincy, Illinois where Arthur began working as an animal nutritionist at Moorman Mfg. Company. Roger was born in 1950 and Sharon in 1952.
